    Asian Sweet Chili Air-fried Chicken Wings

    Sweet Chili Air-fried Wings

    These wings deliver a delightful explosion of flavors that dance on your palate! Expect umami-rich depth, balanced by a playful sweetness.

    • 16 pack Chicken wings
    • 3 tbsp Mayo
    • 2 tbsp Baking powder
    • 1 cup Sweet chili sauce (Mae Ploy)
    • 1/4 cup Fine chili sauce (Lee kum kee)
    • 1 tbsp Fish sauce (Three crabs)
    • 1 tsp Ginger paste
    1. Prepare the wings by slicing the 16-pack into wings and drums, discarding the tips.

    2. In a large bowl, mix the wings with 3 tbsp mayonnaise, 2 tsp baking powder, and a sprinkle of salt until evenly coated.

    3. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F.

    4. Place the wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer (cook in batches if needed)

    5. Air fry at 350°F for 10 minutes on each side, flipping halfway through.

    6. For extra crispiness, increase the temperature to 400°F and cook for an additional 5-15 minutes, depending on your preferred crunchiness.

    7. While wings cook, prepare the glaze: In a small bowl, combine 1 cup sweet chili sauce, 1/4 cup fine chili sauce, and 1 tbsp fish sauce; mix well.

    8. Remove wings from the air fryer, toss them in the glaze until fully coated, and serve hot!

    Sweet, salty and delicious spam musubi. The best quick 15- minute dinner recipe!

    • 1/4 cup shallot sauce
    • 1 cup Korean BBQ marinade
    • 2 tbsp gochujang
    • honey
    1. Marinate your sliced spam in:
    2. 1/4 cup shallot sauce
    3. 1 cup Korean BBQ marinade
    4. 2 tbsp gochujang
    5. Optional: You can either cook these immediately or marinate the spams up to 24 hours
    6. Cook the spams for about 3-4 minutes on each side on medium heat
    7. Assemble your musubi
    8. Drizzle honey on top
    9. That’s it!

    Thai style steak w/ seasoned rice

    Elevate your dinner by making this Thai style marinated steak on top of seasoned rice. Not only is this recipe delicious, but it only takes about 20 minutes to make!

    • Prep/cook rice

    Steak marinade

    • 4 tbsp Oyster sauce (Lee Kum Kee)
    • 1/2 tbsp Seasoning sauce (Gold Mountain)
    • 1/2 tbsp Fish sauce (Three Crabs )
    • 1/2 tbsp Sugar
    • 1/2 Squeezed lime
    • Marinate steak for a minimum of 30 minutes

    Seasoned rice

    • 1/2 diced onion
    • 1 tbsp garlic paste
    • 1 tbsp chili oil
    • 1/2 tbsp chicken bouillon

    Steak Marinade:

    1. 4 tbsp oyster sauce
    2. ½ tbsp soy sauce
    3. ½ tbsp fish sauce
    4. 1/2 tbsp sugar
    5. Juice of ½ lime
    6. Marinate steak for at least 30 minutes

    Seasoned Rice:

    1. Sauté ½ onion until fragrant, add 1 tbsp of garlic paste
    2. Add 1 tbsp chili oil
    3. Stir in 1½ tbsp Lee Kum Kee All Purpose Marinade
    4. Add 1/2 tbsp chicken bouillon
    5. remove the sautéd onion mixture from the pan
    6. Mix in cooked rice, add as much of the mixture you want into the rice (you can use any leftovers as a steak topping) then toss with fresh cilantro and cucumber slices

    To Serve:

    1. Slice steak and serve over seasoned rice
    2. Garnish with extra cilantro, green onion, or lime wedges

    Curry Seafood Stir-fry

    • Large pan

    Protein

    • 1 lb Mussels
    • 1/2 lb Shrimp
    • 1 Cup Imitation crab

    Aromatics & Base

    • 1 diced whole onion
    • 3 minced garlic cloves

    Sauce & Seasoning

    • 1 tbsp seasoning sauce (Gold Mountain)
    • 2 tbsp oyster sauce (Lee Kum Kee)
    • 1/2 tbsp fish sauce
    • 3 tsp sugar
    • 1 tsp black pepper
    • 2 cups chicken stock
    • 1 tbsp Ca Ri Ni An Do -Curry powder

    Finish

    • chopped green onion
    1. Prep shrimp: peel & devein (or use pre-peeled for convenience).
    2. In a large wok or skillet, sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.
    3. Add in seasoning sauce, oyster sauce, and fish sauce. Stir well.
    4. Pour in chicken stock, curry powder, sugar, and black pepper. Let simmer for 3–4 minutes to develop flavor.
    5. Add mussels, shrimp, and imitation crab. Cook until the mussels open and shrimp turn pink (about 3–5 minutes).
    6. Toss everything together so the seafood is coated in the curry sauce.
    7. Top with green onion and serve hot with rice or noodles.

    Asian Glazed Air-Fried Chicken Wings

    crispy, sweet & tangy chicken wings -to sum it up: FLAVORFUL

    • Air Fryer
    • Pan

    Chicken Wing -Prep

    • 2 lb Chicken wings
    • 2 1/2 tbsp Mayo
    • 1 tsp Baking powder
    • 1 pinch Salt

    Glaze

    • 1 1/2 cup Korean BBQ Marinade (Bibigo)
    • 1/4 cup Fine chili sauce (Lee Kum Kee)
    • 1/4 cup Honey

    Air Frying Chicken Wings

    1. Air fry at 350*F for 10 minutes per side

    2. For extra crisp: 400*F for an additional 5 minutes

    Cooking the Glaze

    1. Once you incorporate all of the ingredients, simmer on low for 10 minutes to let the flavors come together

    2. (optional) add 1 cup of cilantro for freshness

    To Finish

    1. Toss wings in glaze (add glaze in portions so it's not too saucy)

    2. Serve & enjoy crispy, sticky, flavorful wings!
