Thai style steak w/ seasoned rice

Elevate your dinner by making this Thai style marinated steak on top of seasoned rice. Not only is this recipe delicious, but it only takes about 20 minutes to make!
- Prep/cook rice
Steak marinade
- 4 tbsp Oyster sauce (Lee Kum Kee)
- 1/2 tbsp Seasoning sauce (Gold Mountain)
- 1/2 tbsp Fish sauce (Three Crabs )
- 1/2 tbsp Sugar
- 1/2 Squeezed lime
- Marinate steak for a minimum of 30 minutes
Seasoned rice
- 1/2 diced onion
- 1 tbsp garlic paste
- 1 tbsp chili oil
- 1/2 tbsp chicken bouillon
Steak Marinade:
- 4 tbsp oyster sauce
- ½ tbsp soy sauce
- ½ tbsp fish sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sugar
- Juice of ½ lime
- Marinate steak for at least 30 minutes
Seasoned Rice:
- Sauté ½ onion until fragrant, add 1 tbsp of garlic paste
- Add 1 tbsp chili oil
- Stir in 1½ tbsp Lee Kum Kee All Purpose Marinade
- Add 1/2 tbsp chicken bouillon
- remove the sautéd onion mixture from the pan
- Mix in cooked rice, add as much of the mixture you want into the rice (you can use any leftovers as a steak topping) then toss with fresh cilantro and cucumber slices
To Serve:
- Slice steak and serve over seasoned rice
- Garnish with extra cilantro, green onion, or lime wedges
