- 16 pack Chicken wings
- 3 tbsp Mayo
- 2 tbsp Baking powder
- 1 cup Sweet chili sauce (Mae Ploy)
- 1/4 cup Fine chili sauce (Lee kum kee)
- 1 tbsp Fish sauce (Three crabs)
- 1 tsp Ginger paste
Prepare the wings by slicing the 16-pack into wings and drums, discarding the tips.
In a large bowl, mix the wings with 3 tbsp mayonnaise, 2 tsp baking powder, and a sprinkle of salt until evenly coated.
Preheat your air fryer to 350°F.
Place the wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer (cook in batches if needed)
Air fry at 350°F for 10 minutes on each side, flipping halfway through.
For extra crispiness, increase the temperature to 400°F and cook for an additional 5-15 minutes, depending on your preferred crunchiness.
While wings cook, prepare the glaze: In a small bowl, combine 1 cup sweet chili sauce, 1/4 cup fine chili sauce, and 1 tbsp fish sauce; mix well.
Remove wings from the air fryer, toss them in the glaze until fully coated, and serve hot!
